Crochet hook, 2.75 mm
Gauge
4” = 12 rows and 28 stitches in double crochet, unblocked

Pattern Notes
This pattern uses US crochet terms.
Use stitch markers to help keep count of the number of rows you have completed.
The turning chain at the beginning of each row counts as a stitch.
Abbreviations
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
sk = skip
st = stitch
Instructions
Foundation Chain: chain 32
Row 1: dc into the 6th ch from the hook, *ch 1, skip 1 ch, dc in the next ch.* Rep from * to * until the end of the row
Row 2: ch 4 (counts as a dc), sk the first ch, dc into the next dc,*ch 1, sk the next ch st, dc into the next dc*, rep from * to * until the end of the row (29 sts)
Rows 3 – 210: repeat row 2 (or until scarf measures 70” or desired length)
Finishing: Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Use a yarn needle to weave in loose ends. Optional: Fasten tassels to ends of scarf. Block if desired.
